This is a great restaurant with delicious and diverse food. When we arrived, it was almost empty except for a group of monks sitting next to us. The menu is only in Vietnamese, but you can communicate with the owner using Google Translate. Highly recommended dishes include the vegetable-filled spring rolls, crispy fries, white rice with cooked mushrooms, and the standout spicy soup with tomatoes, white tofu, and mushrooms.
