Palm Beach Diner - Lantana

The waitress was attentive and friendly, and she recommended the eggs for breakfast. Although I'm not usually a fan, I decided to take her advice, and wow! They were the best I've ever had! The fresh, chopped spinach was delicious, and the eggs were perfectly fried. The sauce was just right—not too salty or thick—and there was a slice of tomato in between. I can still taste it! I will definitely be returning before I leave Boynton Beach.

We enjoy going out for breakfast, and we've always found the food to be good with generous portions at reasonable prices. However, when we returned for breakfast a few months ago, we noticed a significant change. The food was outstanding—beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. I asked the waitress if there were new chefs, and she confirmed that there were. Although the atmosphere is somewhat plain, the quality of the food makes it well worth it.

I had lunch with my mother and her best friend, who has dined there many times before. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasantly quiet. We even heard an interesting story from a witness about a horse carrying someone to the cemetery, which our waitress pointed out to us.

On September 29th, my entire family descended upon this restaurant to celebrate the day after my mom's 100th birthday. There must have been at least 20 of us, and we didn't have a reservation. The staff was incredibly patient and attentive, welcoming us with smiles all around. They even took pictures for us and sang Happy Birthday to my mom. I hadn't visited in years, and I suspect there may be a new owner as the place felt different. It was clean, including the bathroom, which is always a plus. The food was delicious, served hot and in a timely manner. A big thank you to everyone at the Palm Beach Diner!
