フィードバックを提供するMy order placed by the app, but they never get it. can not scan for rewards because the scan gun is broken and apparently the owners or the management is not interested in fixing it because it has not worked for at least a few months. I never got my meal because I used rewards. I feel really sorry for the employees because they are the ones who are to face the customer.
Trash. Took 10 mins to take my order and i was the only one in line. Was out of the one thing i wanted and was rude about every question i asked. Won't come back.
Bad experience I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes missed half my food. Waited for somebody to come out again never did. Called the manager and said he couldn't nothing about it when I tried to call them several times no one picked up. Wish they would take customers seriously because I did pay for my food and wasn't even trying to get free food. I had a rough day that night and was hungry. Won't come here again. There wasn't anything else open and only had a little money left.
This store has really gone downhill. Had to order two separate orders from doordash on August 5th 2022 because they just refuse to get it right. First they give the wrong order to the door Dash driver, and then yet again they cannot tell the difference between a small burger and a Dave's double. Used to be a go-to location but I would avoid this one at all costs at this time
Very slow service. Waited about 15 mins to order inside with 2 customers ahead of me. Sounded like a bunch of chatting in the back and not enough movement. Inside lobby was trashed. Drink station a hot mess. Dirty tables. Need better management and some pep in their step.
