I went to this place since 2000 and always had a great time. But Tonite 7/9/2022 will be my last. The parking lot on the back of the Exchange was $5 with a voucher if you were on the stock exchange or Omar's that would take your bill. Now it's $10 with a $5 voucher. Don't worry about it. The parking visitor said she ran out of $5 vouchers so I don't get the $5. She said to ask the bartender and she gave her name. (very nice person). She said she couldn't do it or she would lose her job. The other person there was no help either. You needed a voucher. What is wrong with this picture, call the manager or owner and get more vouchers, there are still a lot of parking spaces. I was angry and left and I'm never going to sit back on this place. What ever happened to the customer service. These employees even understand that the exchange between $50 to $70 from me and the employees lost a tip. They must be formed.
