Mcdonald's - Lansing

This was my first time ordering extra crispy fries and they came out perfectly crispy. I would rate the experience a 10 out of 10. The service was excellent and everything was spot on. Great job!

This situation is uniquely clean from most mcdonald’s the help is very good over the situation and it seems as if the manager takes care of this situation more than I mean, let them be honest, it is mcdonald’s we were all there someone stands for cleanliness and good curtis service with clean baths and good eating happy baby foods: so

The staff members are unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. They become upset if a customer asks a question. The location of the restaurant is not desirable. I will be steering clear of this place in the future.

This restaurant is open 24 hours, making it perfect for those times when you wake up late and need to eat at noon. There is never a long wait, making it convenient for travelers as well.

Service is so horrible!! Had to hand them back the meal 3 times as well as drink and they just couldn't get it right.
