Mcdonald's - Lansing

I thoroughly enjoyed the professionalism of Telisa and her evening staff! The place was clean and bustling with activity. Thank you for the great experience, my family and I will definitely be back!

I went to McDonald's recently and was disappointed. The food was cold and the order was missing sauce. I had to wait 15 minutes to get a refund, which was frustrating. Overall, not a great experience.

I am only giving one star because I cannot give zero. I arrived at around 10:28, just before breakfast was supposed to end at 10:30, and was told I could no longer order breakfast. I was very disappointed and will not be returning. I recommend trying Cedar Street instead, as it is much better managed.

Before I go on, I've been working at another McDonald site for over two years and have never restored such bad quality (also from the mcdonald's I visited from the state). I ordered a big Mac meal and a two cheeseburger meal. first: all of the foods were cold and I can say that it sits longer than the quality time limit every mcdonalds must follow. second: the large big mac meal came with a medium drink and a large frit. Finally the two cheesburger meal came with a cheeseburger. my conclusion: go to the burger king. eating was at least hot and came in the right conditions. ?

This McDonald's is very slow. Sometimes they forget to add items in your to go orders at the drive through.I had to get back in line and get it. Nothing to compensate me for my time. It took 20 minutes to resolve this issue.If you want your food in a timely manner, this is not the McDonald's.
