M I Vegan Food Truck - Lansing

I learned about this food truck from my daughter, who gave them a high recommendation. The staff was friendly and the food was quite tasty. While I wouldn't go out of my way to find them, I would definitely support and eat from here if they were at an event.

I first tried M I Vegan about a year ago at a small food truck event. There were long lines and wait times, so I only ordered the loaded tots. They were good, but I wasn't blown away. I was at Horrock's for lunch a couple weeks ago and by chance, they were there again! I decided to split the burger, garlic parm fries, and grilled cheeze with my sister. IT WAS AMAZING! I still have dreams about that burger...

You must dine here. Seriously, these guys deserve more appreciation. We tried a variety of items (loaded tots, tacos, burgers, cauliflower wings, grilled cheese...) and everything was fantastic. The Lansing area could use more of their delicious offerings. Give them a try with your spouse, friends, family, or even acquaintances. Everyone will enjoy it, except maybe your picky great uncle Kevin. Eat here and bring everyone along for a great meal.

Everything here is truly so flavorful. It's comfort food with a fresh feeling! Been a vegan in Lansing for 5 years have have tried every option around here. THIS is my absolute favorite place.

Ordered at the Dewitt Farmer’s Market. Family had the vegan burger, grilled cheese, and cauliflower wings. Everything was excellent. Wish we had ordered a full order of the wings instead of half because our picky eater kids ate them right up. Vegan burger had a good mixture of textures with a Beyond burger cooked to perfection on a pretzel bun.
