フィードバックを提供するThey are usually closed. The pizza is often not fresh unless they're busy. The staff is not very friendly. I would rather drive to the larger riverside location, which is farther away, due to all the issues here. On the plus side, there is a good parking lot.
The manager, with greasy hair slicked back, questionable shorts that should not be worn, and an oversized jersey, needs to be fired. As a door lock technician, I went to pick up my order only to discover that it had been given to someone else. They admitted to mistakenly handing it over to a random person. When they offered to make me a new one, the manager came out and said I needed to call DoorDash to clarify the situation, claiming she couldn’t help me. It’s baffling to me that I should be responsible for the mistake made by her staff under her supervision. A replacement for the order that I paid for should have been handled by her. If you can't perform well in retail, customer service, or the food industry, and lack basic people skills, maybe this isn't the right field for you.
I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. The service was slow, and the staff appeared incompetent and rude. The drive-thru system is awful. After waiting ten minutes for the previous customer, I was told to go to the back of the line because I was “too early.” It felt like I was being treated as if I was in the wrong for asking about the situation. The young employee working at 8 PM on 8/17/22 really needs proper training and support.
I just wait 10 minutes for a hot n ready. as crew members shoot rap music and hang in the back sitting on palettes. I see the lights are in the kitchen. just a few high school kids without work ethics that leads this place sad. also the lobby is disgusting. terrible customer service. no one wears gloves while making the pizza.
Absolutely awful service!!!!!I placed my order ahead of time and arrived before the order was ready. But the lobby was closed so I had to wait in a ridiculously long (30 minutes!! drive thru line. My pizza was shown as ready just a few minutes into that wait, so my pizza I ordered ahead was about 30 minutes old.I asked to have it replaced with a new pizza because I didn’t order ahead just to have it sit and grow old. The manager denied my request, saying “either take the pizza or get a refund”. What awful, awful, AWFUL service. I wouldn’t dream of waiting half and hour for bad pizza already, but then to have the manager do that??? Absolutely deplorable.For reference, the pizza was not only not warm it was COLD! They didn’t even keep it in a warmer! We had to reheat it in our own oven back home before we could eat it, and it certainly tasted its old age by then!
