Kroger Deli - Lansing

Except for grand ledge to live it was always easier to go to meijer. Well, no more. krogers meat is from this world. such a large selection of fresh vegetables and fruit that are fresh! I can't talk about customer service very enough! brenda was my bank and rob helped both were excellent. I need my foods that are not very heavy bagged and rob has made a perfect job, he even put them in my basket and asked if I needed help to unload them in my car. I stole Meijer-Cashiers their feet when I said they were too heavy! and they did not put them in their basket and give them service for their car! brenda was great and made sure that my Kroger card worked for my discounted and rewards! quality, availability, service this store runs kreise around meijer!

Went to kroger on saginaw today because it is the nicer location by me. Had a great shopping experience until check out. I have been using egift cards that my family sends me for groceries. They have always scanned the barcode on my phone to redeem the gift card. Today, after checking out all of my items, I was told by someone from the customer service desk that it is policy that they do not scan anyones phone and the barcode must be printed off. I was confused and explaine
