The experience was pleasant, but their phone says they’re not taking orders, so I'm unsure if they’re closed.

The customer service here is excellent; I'm always greeted with a smile when I enter. I did encounter a few issues with my order not being ready or getting lost at times. Once, I waited 40 minutes for a call that never came, and when I went in, they hadn't even started my order. Despite my frustration, the staff remained friendly, and it seems they have those issues under control now, as I haven't experienced any problems in the last couple of months. The food is absolutely delicious, especially the boneless chicken with the wet lemon pepper seasoning — it's fantastic! The burgers are also great, whether you go for beef or turkey; I've tried both and loved them. I definitely plan to return as soon as they reopen. This is one of my favorite spots for an early bite, so please hurry and open up again! It's been a long July without you!

Excellent food and amazing customer service! I had the wings this time, and I'm looking forward to trying a burger next time.

Fried okra is good and the customer service is great

Customer service is on point, however the food is meh at best. There are far better options for the price in the area.
