My experiences takes place throughout this year (2021 . Normally, to celebrate any special occasion my husband would purchase ice cream cakes from Cold Stone creamery. However, we have been so dissatisfied with the customer service and the lack of freshingredients from Cold Stone creamery that he decided to purchase an ice cream cake from Dairy Queen. This is Major because I ama huge ice cream cake fan and I take my ice cream cake seriously. Therefore, on Valentine's Day he did not tell me he ordered anice cream cake from Dairy Queen he just presented it to me and I assumed it was from Cold Stone creamery. After we ate the cakeI told him that was the best ice cream cake I've had in quite a while. He grinned sheepishly and told me he purchased it fromour local Dairy Queen. I did not believe him and laughed it off. On our next special occasion he went to Dairy Queen ordered anice cream cake and once again I was impressed. This time he kept the receipt to prove to me he ordered this ice cream cake fromour local Dairy Queen. Over the course of this year, whenever we had a special occasion we ordered our ice cream cakes throughDairy Queen. If you look at the pictures they are from different times throughout the year and the quality remains consistent.We are so impressed with the way this Dairy Queen makes our ice cream cakes. We plan to utilize their services for theforeseeable future. If anything changes I will come back to update this review. However, the customer service is alwaysfriendly, my cakes are always made correctly and the prices are so much more reasonable than most ice cream chains.
