Biggby Coffee Ottawa St - Lansing

Biggby coffee is the best! With three locations downtown this store is my favorite. Seating gets a little packed during the week so maybe not the best location for meeting or sitting and doing work. Even when the line is long they always get your coffee out fast!

This staff has always been incredible, but their professionalism and conduct in the face of the current health crisis is amazing. Today is their first day back open, and the measurements in place are thoughtful and well executed. As a someone who works and lives downtown I couldn't be happier to have them back! I will be a lifelong patron of this location. Thanks for all you do!

Very nice place with a great atmosphere and amazing staff!

Great coffee as always, especially the latte of the day, which was Sweet Dreams. This location in particular had very friendly staff and a wonderful decor.

Staff is friendly, cordial an fast paced. Orders are made with precision. Never have had a issue anytime I visit this location.
