I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. It took over ten minutes for two clueless employees to serve a single customer while I was next in line. I won't be returning; the service is consistently poor.
I received the wrong order once again. The staff seemed more focused on chatting about their friends and relationships rather than paying attention to what customers requested.
I would not recommend visiting the Dunkin' at 1615 E. Lincoln Hwy, Langhorne, PA 19047. The staff was very rude and were unwilling to serve me anything after a certain hour. They also didn't provide me with a receipt because they were out of paper. When I voiced my concerns, I was told not to come back. From now on, I will exclusively be a customer of Wawa.
This place is gross. Don't come here if you want anything specific, they can NOT make drinks at all. The skinny white guys in tight shorts do not know how to brew coffee one bit. The food is good because the one lady who's always there makes everything food wise for them but the drinks/coffee is terrible and they're always not ordering enough items and always out of things like plain bagels, sweet pepper bacon, refreshers etc. Go to the DD around the corner. Not here!
