フィードバックを提供するGot a TXT20 offer for 20% off so ordered. Was the first one for a while. Took 29 mins to arrive which was about par, ate my vindaloo and have had issues since. Will be going back to Urban Spice after this!
We ordered food for three people this evening at 6:40pm via the Morecambe Eats app. I did note that the estimated delivery time of 8pm was lengthy compared to other options on the app but decided to be patient. Once 8:20pm had come and gone and our 12 year old daughter began to complain about her hunger, my husband called to politely enquire about our order. The lady on the phone seemed a bit impatient but he persevered and she looked into the order on their system before saying Well I did change it to say it was ready. Yes, she did, half an hour prior to our call and it hadn 't appeared...... Again, we waited, patiently. At 8:50, we called again. This time she (abruptly! offered to contact the driver who was apparently the owner, to find out where the food had got to. Again, we waited. A little less patiently. The owner finally arrived with our order a few minutes past 9pm, held out the bag and abruptly announced There 's your order . We then sat down to a lukewarm, not particularly appetising meal which did not come with the salad accompaniments listed on the menu. Not even a cursory apology for our wait, which totalled almost two and a half hours. Would NOT recommend.
I ordered at around 6pm on a Friday night so it took a slightly long time to come, but that's only understandable. I managed to order the wrong thing, but that seems to be down to some minor confusion on the Lancaster Eats app. Staff at the restaurant did their very best to help me and were very understanding when it turned out to be wrong on my end. I decided to reorder what I actually wanted. This came very quickly and was incredibly tasty. Thanks for really friendly service. Let's just hope I order the right thing first time next time!
Ordered food to be told it would be 40 mins , 1:30 later it arrives wrong after telling them 3 times and confirming it with them, food finally came Luke warm dry and not to a good standard, I call and ask for a refund and then the owner ramps abuse at me down the phone and starts making threats. Avoid at all cost
After ordering food at 7 pm for myself and my son as a treat on a fri night through Morecambe eats,I waited an hour then rang up to be told it’s on its way so waited another hour to be told they hadn’t made it and they were sending it now with a massive apology and a note being put on the till for a meal of the same worth the next time I rang the shop , it still didn’t arrive until 10.30pm as we were off to bed . When trying to take them up on their offer of the free meal of the same worth they simply said no you can’t then passed the phone over to someone else who was equally as rude and obnoxious have there is no note on till , I felt like I was begging it was awful , why promise a free meal of the same worth if you won’t do it
