Zippy's Brass Rail - Lancaster

If I could give zero stars, I would!! We are from out of town and chose this bar because of its reviews. Employee was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Made us feel like we were inconveiencing her with questions about the menu. She pretty much threw my food at me across the table. Had to go back up to the bar for drink refills, straws, cups, to go boxes and our bill. She not once asked if we needed anything. We are a friendly group and tip well when treated well. Not sure if our treatment was because we weren't locals or if she was having a bad day.

Great atmosphere... we love Zippy's. You've got to try a burgers.... they're HUGE friggin' burgers.

Great service and amazing Swiss Mushroom Burger plus Fries! The quality can not be beat. And tons of fries. I couldn't eat my meal in one sitting.

Very rude bartender, took forever to serve us. then we got our meal and made half of it wrong!! do not recommend

Poor service. the waitress did not seem too amazed by us there, was not helpful when asking simple about the menu “What is always on the menu”, when the food was served, it was sitting on the table, we had to ask for several things and received a huff and a puff in reaction.
