フィードバックを提供するThe server asked if we wanted the wings to come out first, and we said we were fine with everything coming together. After a wait of fifteen minutes, we received the boneless wings, which were alright. However, it then took another thirty minutes for the two burgers and kids’ meals to arrive. During this time, I could see our plates sitting under the heat lamp from my spot at the table. Meanwhile, the staff seemed rather unproductive; one employee was on his phone in the dining area while the rest appeared to be milling about aimlessly. I even noticed my server eating in the kitchen. If the burgers were indeed freshly made, there was no reasonable explanation for the delay. I should mention that I have over twenty years of experience in the restaurant industry—I've worked in the kitchen, done food prep, served, tended bar, and now manage. The manager in me felt compelled to jump in and help the staff get organized. I understand that staff can sometimes struggle, but I believe the root issue often lies in management. The icing on the cake was when I mentioned to my server that we wouldn’t be returning. There was no acknowledgment, concern, or even a raised eyebrow, which I found disheartening. This location really needs some managerial attention to get things in shape. I genuinely wish I could write a more positive review, but this was our experience. I hope the management can take this feedback constructively and make some changes.
The burgers were absolutely fantastic, especially for vegetarians, as there were excellent options available. I loved that the Impossible Burger could be swapped for any of the traditional burgers. We tried the onion ring tower, Oreo milkshakes, and three different burgers. We arrived around noon and waited about 10 minutes for a table, which was pretty reasonable. The food arrived about 30 minutes later, which isn’t bad considering it was a Sunday lunchtime. Our waitress was both beautiful and attentive—great job!
Red Robin was a delightful choice for our birthday celebration with a group of 12. We wanted to do something different, and this restaurant fit the bill. While larger groups can limit our options, we found Red Robin accommodating, with plenty of seating in the lobby where we could wait comfortably. We were seated promptly and appreciated the flexibility to move to another table as needed. The staff was friendly and attentive, and our food arrived on time, with the children's meals served first. Everyone enjoyed their meals with no issues. I would definitely recommend this place for a visit!
At the beginning of lunch. Very pleasant and quickly filled. PARENTEN: The spoons are high for the children milkshake cups. Be careful that they spill. The Crayons were octagonal so they wouldn't roll off the table! The staff is very nice and no matter who I asked for help, they helped me. The bathrooms were very clean with real soap, not with foam and genuine paper towels. In addition, the water had the choice of hot or cold water. I am very happy to spend my time in this Red Robin.
Food was amazing. Although the wait for the food to be prepared was a little longer then I expected, getting an appetizer was worth it. All in all the pretzel bites were good and the burger was good as well. This is a good place to go if your having a craving for a burger. The pricing is not bad either. Good on all ends. Keep it up.
