Rally's Hamburgers - Lancaster

I started my meal with the Funnel Cake Fries, but immediately ran into a problem. I ordered a Cheese Champ but received a small cheeseburger instead. As for the Chili Cheese Fries, the chili looked really old and was just slopped on top of the fries. Chili is supposed to be a flavorful addition, but it was cold when it arrived. I'm very disappointed with this experience at Rally's. The prices are too high for the quality of food served. If they’re going to raise their prices, they need to improve the quality of their food. It feels like they just increase prices while the food quality keeps getting worse.

Great food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere for nice people.

They only started preparing the order once the DoorDash driver arrived, which I don’t mind if it means getting hot food and good service. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect, and the food was cold. The fries were only half full, cold, and soggy. The chicken wasn’t much better. The buns were stale, and several toppings I ordered were missing. There were also no dipping sauces or straws included. I’m very disappointed.

This was my first time trying the seasoned chicken tenders from Rally's, and I really enjoyed them. They’re made entirely of white meat, which is a huge plus for me. I definitely plan to order them again soon!
