フィードバックを提供するAfter a late-night event at Victory Hill, my daughters and I decided to stop by McDonald's to order a salad for my husband’s lunch the next day, along with a vanilla iced coffee for one of my daughters. While we were in the drive-thru, I had to wait for two cars in front of us to place their orders before I could finally speak to the woman at the speaker. I ordered a vanilla iced coffee, but she told me to go ahead with my order. I thought she hadn’t heard me, so I repeated it. However, she didn’t respond to my repeated order either. After waiting for a bit, I said "hello" again, and she abruptly told me to have a good night and that she wouldn’t take my order. Shocked and confused, I drove up to the window. When I got there, she wouldn’t even look at me and insisted that she wouldn’t take my order and that I needed to leave. I was stunned and didn’t know what to do, so I stayed put, trying to get the attention of the other staff, but they wouldn’t acknowledge me either. The lady then rudely told me through the closed window that if I didn’t leave, she would call the police. I’m still trying to understand why this happened. As a mother and grandmother, I’ve never felt so embarrassed in my life!
