Mcdonald's - Lancaster

The food is hot and fresh! The only thing is that they make sure that the driving three is done first. This is not fair for the waiting and paying customers coming into the lobby.

Everyone here is so sweet and helpful. There have been a couple times that they've forgotten to give me my coffee but overall they make up for that and more. Love the staff.

Went through drive through and got a decent amount of stuff yet wasn't even sent to park and wait. Food was hot, good and quick to come out. Service was good too.

I am thoroughly disappointed by this location and the general manager's inadequate handling of a troubling situation. A staff member verbally attacked a customer without any provocation, and it took someone to intervene to prevent a physical confrontation. I was there with my grandson, and it was astounding to see the lack of action taken against this employee for her unacceptable behavior. It seemed like there were teenagers, none older than 17, running the place. The customer in question did nothing wrong but was falsely accused. The employee's conduct was not only inappropriate but shocking; she unleashed offensive language over seven times while elderly customers and children were present. I documented everything and intend to report this to corporate. This employee poses a serious risk and should be terminated immediately.
