フィードバックを提供するWe ordered the Ultimate Feast and the daily special, along with using a gift card, as it was my partner's birthday. He didn’t really pay attention to the bill, and when we left, we realized we had paid $115. The next day, he called the manager to inquire about it, and they found that our actual bill was only around $60-65. The manager even remembered us because my partner has been celebrating his birthday at Red Lobster for 49 years. Unfortunately, we couldn't receive a refund for the overcharge. It seems they don't reconcile payments, or maybe it's because we paid in cash, leaving no record of the transaction. They did mention they would send us a gift card as compensation, but we haven't received it yet.
I had a frustrating experience with my reservation at the restaurant. They didn't have my booking, and instead, I was put on a waiting list. The hostess mentioned that she wished OpenTable wouldn't do that. My partner and I were added to the waiting list, despite there being empty tables. When we asked if we could sit at the bar, the staff member replied that they would need to check with the bartender to see if he was too busy. We decided to wait near the entrance, which didn’t take long. However, another couple arrived and mentioned they had been waiting for 25 minutes. Eventually, our waitress informed us that they only had three servers, which explained the delays. On a positive note, the food was excellent, so we’re willing to try again, but we'll avoid using OpenTable in the future.
Although Call-Pre sessions were only available at this location through OpenTable, I only had to wait an additional 15 minutes, as they no longer accept call-ahead reservations at all. My server, Alisha, was very courteous and exceptional, especially since I ended up dining alone.
Open Table allows you to make reservations but when you arrive, they tell you that they don’t honor Open Table reservations and you’ll have to wait an hour for a table.
Made a reservation for 2 at 6:30pm, checked in, were told to wait 10 mins so we grabbed a drink a the bar; hostess forgot about us for an hour! Walked up to ask about being seated and were told to wait again (so they could seat others that had walked in). Finally sat down only to wait another 10+ minutes for our server (didn’t even get waters while waiting) it’s odd to sit at an empty table for 10+ minutes after already waiting 60! We were told by hostess they would see about compensating drinks while we waited for our server (received nothing) just an empty table. Server finally came (he was nice), took our orders, food came pretty quick but was horrible, one drink we ordered was terrible. After paying, we waited for receipt so I could call to explain our situation, only to get the wrong receipt (we were already home when I realized it). We took a chance for our date night here because of a gift card from family. Dropping $150 160 at Red Lobster is insane, especially for an experience like this I’m still mad about it. I’ve had smaller bills at Sushi Den! Will never be back or have anything good to say to others about this place. Buyer beware!
