Jimmy John's - Lakewood

The service was incredibly fast, as always. My order was spot-on from the first attempt, with every detail accounted for. The staff was very friendly and labeled both sandwiches clearly. I tried the Italian Nightclub and a Turkey and Cheese, and both were fantastic with wonderfully fresh bread. I will definitely be coming back for more soon!

The order was delivered over an hour ago and hasn’t arrived yet. I will never order from this place again.

I can't comment much on the food, but I had a negative experience with one of their suppliers in the parking garage. He shouted at me, saying I wasn't allowed to park there, even though I was just visiting the coffee shop on the first floor and had permission to park there. I shouldn’t have to justify my presence or explain my intentions to random people in the garage. The man was angry and rude, which definitely did not reflect well on Jimmy John's.

Don't expect "Freaky Fast" service at this restaurant. It took them an hour to deliver food that was only a 5-minute drive away. When I called, the two people who answered the phone were not helpful at all.

Waited for an hour for the dry and tasteless sandwich I've ever eaten. good customer service, but eating is not good at this place.
