Crumbl Cookies Lakewood

Good cookies and the people are friendly. I've been to other crumbs cookies where the people won't even acknowledge you. I particularly like chocolate chip and caramel apple.

Sharon/shannon always gives us great customer service. Always has a smile on her face even after a long day of baking cookies.

Crumble Cookie is the best. I wait for the weekly cookie unvail like I do the #1 Pick in the NFL Draft.

I have used Crumbl cookies multiple times for gifts and have had nothing but positive experiences until now. I was charged 5 times for my order today and was told that it just happens and to wait and see if the charges fall off when I called the store. Wow. The lady asked if I had problems with the website and I simply said it wasn't a positive experience. Her response was I did not create the website. All I am doing is asking why you have charged me 5 times. No need to be rude to me about it all. What a horrible attitude to have when you charged someone 5 times for an order? and now all the work is on me to follow up with Crumbl locally since there is no phone number for the Corporate office and they just say follow up with your local store on the corporate website. Hopefully I don't have to dispute the charges with my bank bc that will be a ton of work. Well I won't be using the Lakewood store ever again needless to say and you can save that attitude for someone else. I certainly don't need the headaches and attitude for spending money at your store. I will find other gifts for clients in that part of town!
