Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lakewood

This location can never get an order correct. Their corn salsa makes my entire family sick every time we have tried it. And the manager is not friendly or helpful at all. This location is always filthy and needs a serious revamp. Get rid of the manager and get someone competent.

Worst Chipotle ever. Our pick up orders are consistently wrong....wrong protein, no protein, toppings like dairy and beans added even though we have dietary restrictions, Guac and chips forgotten. No exaggeration, 90% of our orders have some sort of issue. Don't get me started on the pick up order wait times consistently 10+ min late beyond quoted pick up time and the employees are rude and never apologetic. Not sure why management hasn't intervened. Today was the last straw we'll be driving the extra 10 minutes to a different location moving forward as service/quality hasn't improved over the last year (only gotten worse tbh).

Food had no flavor, chips were stale. The little older lady had a horrible attitude, as if she was stressed out. She rolled her eyes because I wanted fresh black beans that were behind her to be refreshed. Poor job cleaning behind people. Will not return to this location

The food station was very dirty and a lot of the foods looked like they’d been sitting there awhile. My white rice was terrible! had so much lime in it, i got grossed out. Food was ok, but definitely didn’t look appetizing. Should have went to another location.

Slowest chipotle ever. Showed up and the line was out the door so I placed a mobile order. It takes 25 minutes for them to make one burrito bowl. And when I ask about it all they say is yep we're working on it.
