フィードバックを提供するIt had been a while since I had enjoyed lunch or a meal by myself. I had to wait for a table at 11:30, not because the place was crowded, but due to the staff's slow service. I almost wish I had noticed this sooner and left. However, the food was excellent! Despite the wait, I would definitely return.
However, the food was quite enjoyable. We ordered the Spicy Honey Bee Focaccia without ham, and it was delicious. The cheese and tomato pizza was also very good. Additionally, we tried the California Fields Salad and a Watermelon Splash, both of which we loved. We finished our meal with a delightful Strawberry Shortcake that we thoroughly enjoyed. The restaurant itself was very clean, which added to the overall positive experience.
As for the food, it was fantastic! I ordered the Carne Asada Pizza, which was one of the best pizzas I've ever tasted. We had a group of 12 family members, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals, so I believe you can't go wrong with any choice on the menu. The reason I considered a 3-star rating was that they were out of my favorite beer and the cocktails I ordered were quite simple. Additionally, there was a hiccup in service when one of our children's meals arrived only after everyone else had finished eating. Overall, we had a delightful experience at this restaurant and would happily return!
I loved this branch of CPK, and we met many big servers on this branch? HOWEVER, exactly this Saturday we experienced a terrible service that this CPK offered by the MALE SERVER WORKING AT THE BAR. Not one who is very picky, but his attitude did not agree with his role of the waiter: a listener and the qualities of attentive and flexible being. He rushed everywhere and seemed upset/valued and impatient to IMMENSELY when we ordered or would ask for something because he had other things to do. It's like he has no time in his day to visit the customers that are so ironic. Once I would order a duck, it's like he just wanted to get the words out of my mouth while he hurried and rushed as if he had to visit something else immediately. Not only that, it seemed like he wanted you to finish your meal right away at the minute we sit down. If he would bring us our food, he would go quickly before he asked if we needed something. I have seen that this restaurant is busy before, but today it was not packed, so its actions were very disappointing. In addition, not only do I write this due to my negative experience with him, but I would not be shocked if he also treated other customers in this way. Looks like he doesn't even want to serve, wow. He was a waiter of us at least twice and we were never satisfied with him, and I am so surprised that he still has his job in this industry. Really a shame that managers allowed this or one of their workers to act in this way, or indeed even keep a worker like that, as the managers in this industry are so efficient and seem to try to give their best work for their customers.
Staff in this location is a hit or miss but for the most part friendly and polite. The food is consistent as far as serving size, freshness and flavor so thats a good thing. We haven 't had any issues with our food. The dinning room is always decent and clean. We haven 't sat out in the patio but that is open aswell. The order and pick up needs to improve. Our last pick up order was given to us without bread, plastic utensils or napkins even though I made sure to check it off before I placed the order. My daughter noticed before I drove away so she had to get off and run back in. She said who ever helped her gave her attitude for asking for bread and oil.
