Pinchers - Lakewood Ranch

I ordered the fish and chips (small portion). While the fries were tasty, they were a bit flimsy. I think I'll opt for the steak fries next time. The fish had a delicious flaky crust, but I feel that tartar sauce would have enhanced the dish (I forgot to ask for it). My son tried the Orange Honey glazed shrimp and couldn't stop praising how good they were. Maybe I'll give them a shot next time... My wife ordered the fried shrimp and really enjoyed them.

When the Beyond Burger finally arrived, it was drastically undercooked—cold and mushy. Although they apologized and offered to prepare a new one, by that time my dining companion had already finished their meal, and I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for another plate. They did remove the charge for the burger from the bill, but I ended up leaving hungry. Overall, the restaurant is far too expensive for the quality of food they serve.

I’ve never had a bad experience at Pinchers, and I’ve dined here at least a dozen times. However, I hadn’t been back since before the pandemic, and I noticed that prices have significantly increased, which seems to be the case everywhere. During happy hour, I only ordered appetizers and a dessert for two, and the bill came to around $60, even without any main dishes. I highly recommend trying the fried key lime pie at least once. It doesn’t look like a traditional slice of pie; it resembles fried ice cream but has that delicious creamy, sweet, and tangy flavor that you’ll love.

Great Atmosphere. Clean. Terrific Shrimp. Sangria was 2 for 1 very refreshing with dinner. Enjoy the Food and Drinks. Awesome Server. Super Friendly Staff. Good Customer Service.

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The conch fritters were a bit small, but still tasty.
