フィードバックを提供するMy husband ordered some food 3-6-24 from there about 5:00 AM. My ham and cheese omelette was soak grease and it was black as hell and his hash browns was soaked with grease and the eggs were soaked in grease along with the toast soak in oil and water . .we will never go there again.
Awful. I went in and sat down at the bar for service. There was a discussion in front of me as to whether or not certain servers were going to serve me because I was there by myself. They didn't conclude who was going to serve. And then a couple of ladies came in after me and sat to my left. They were literally served before me by the same servers who were trying to discuss who was going to give me service. So, I left.
I walked out of the Waffle House at 1100 NorTec Dr. because I sat there for ten minutes without being acknowledged while people that can in after me were served. I was the only person at the counter; hard to explain why I was ignored. Anyway, I drove down the street and I walked into this location and it was totally different. Logan greeted me immediately and as I sat at the counter, she asked for my beverage order. A minute later a fresh, hot cup of coffee arrived and she took my order. Food arrived in just minutes, fresh and tasty. Logan checked on me and my cup of coffee three times while I ate, giving me a refill on the second. She greeted everyone that came in and gave them the same great service. Consistency and care. Hard to come by anymore. Good job, Logan. Keep that attitude and life will open many doors for you!
My family and I have been coming to this Waffle House of over a decade and the quality in their food and service has dropped significantly. This has been the worst experience that I have ever had with this location. I tried to call in an order, just to be notified that they no longer did mobile orders through the phone. I decided to go there a place my order. Once I arrived, I was met with a sign that introduced new fees for people who order out. My order was originally $35.25. With taxes, my total order would be $37.25. However, the price of my order totaled at $41.31. There was a service charge and to go fee of $3.53 each. This was most likely a new policy added during quarantine when stores were closed worldwide. As that time is no longer, I feel that there is no need for it to still be in existence as patrons are now allowed to dine in as they please. The price of the food was not the only problem. There were multiple errors in my to go order. I had two sandwiches that were supposed to have bacon on them and to no one’s surprise, there was no bacon on either of the sandwiches. One of the sandwiches was also not supposed to have onions on them and there were still onions on it. This is truly not the way restaurant should function. There’s needs to be improvement to insure that for such mistakes should never occur again.
Attentive friendly staff. Good food. Clean restaurant, including bathrooms.
