フィードバックを提供するI told the front desk kid my name and to go order. They forgot to add the four ranches I payed for, and I remembered as I grabbed the pizza to head out so I asked for them. Guy from the back thinks it’s his job to come up and check my receipt and tells me, “I would’ve given them to you, I just wanted to make sure you had everything.” As if I didn’t know my own order. I won’t be back to this location.
This store is a joke- Don’t waste your time and money this store sucks and they have an answering service not even in the same state. I had an issue with my order and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Wasted over an hour and gave up and called corporate… pizza was cold, pan crust was like cardboard and it wasn’t cut all the way.
This place always has the best pizza and cheese bread. And the service is outstanding.
Domino’s is not customer oriented in anyway. I got an order of pasta with zero sauce on it. Called the store and was told I’d have a $10 credit next time I ordered. This is the next time. I call the store number and get a call center person who took my order (that took forever) and when she told me the total, I asked to use my $10 credit. She said she couldn’t do that from her end and attempted to transfer me to the store. I was transferred to a fax machine. Call the STORE number again and get another call center person. She transferred me to the store and I got a message saying no one could answer the phone and hung up on. This happened about 4 times before I gave up. I tried to go to the corporate page and file a complaint and got some kind of chat bot. WHERE’S YHE CUSTOMER SERVICE?! I will never order from Domino’s again. I would rather starve than deal with the headache for a cheap cardboard pizza.
Pizzas are normally solid here, main problem is ordering and wait times. Do NOT order by phone, either online or in person, as you don't get in store workers by phone.Wait times are often longer than the typical 15-20 minutes for a pickup in the evenings, so expect that.Employees inside are 50/50 on friendliness and attitude.I give them a 4, barely, and it's not the food's fault.
