I went in to see if my medication could get a referral and the two nurses at the front desk were both inpatient even when there wasn’t anyone else behind us , I tried to explain and one with pink scrubs cut me off and said “ you need to check in “ and when I tried to explain to them that no it’s not what I want to do another old nurse cuz me off as well saying “ if that’s not it then what do you want?” If you had given me a chance maybe I’d be able to tell you . This hospital is the worse one I’ve been to you have to prey you get a nurse who’s going to act like you’re a inconvenience to them when it’s their job to treat you , you’re better off going to plant city because you’re not going to be treated with respect at all here , i stayed as respectful as I could without letting myself get mad at them but the disrespect I was treated with made me not even want to come back . Those nurses talked respectfully to a white man that was infront of me but when it got to me they could care less about what I had going on . They need to fire those two nurses.

The medical team that helped my mom were fabulous. Your portal is ridiculously hard to navigate and I really find it laughable that you expect anyone over 60 to be able to use this! The only button easy to find and that actually goes straight to an answer is your damn bill pay.

Had a telehealth visit with my fabulous Dr. Unfortunately the patient portal I went thru charged me 40.00 for the call. Blue cross Blue shield it’s FREE. So I paid quickly not to loose the call with the Dr. or be late. Called Lakeland regional and was told they would return the in 4-6 weeks……. I won’t use that service again!

I would never ever go to this hospital again even if i have to travel far away, i cant believe this place is practicing medicine, they place me on medicine i wasn’t supposed to be on cause it wont help what i have, they keep belittling the other Doctor, they seem to not know what they are doing, i was hospitalized there and they discharge and never gave me medicine to be filled, but they said i just go to the pharmacy i selected that my prescription will be there. I ask what do i have and they just said you have a virus , flu, pneumonia, infection. And they couldn’t tell me exactly which one. STAY AWAY for you own good.

I had to bring my wife to the emergency room since she had a strong pain in her back and was 5 weeks pregnant and we had to wait more than nine hours for the doctor to see her. This hospital is garbage and the worst thing is that it is the only one..??
