Kfc - Lakeland

Chicken was tough, dry and looked like it had been cooked for a long time. While waiting for our order inside, every customer who placed and order had to go back up to the counter after getting there order because the workers had left something out. I always go through my order right there whether they like it or not. A the biscuits were in little pieces (looked like they had scraped the pan). It will be a while before we go back. Thank you.

We and my grandson were there chicken was great everything was hot we had a great time in the cashier not sure attendant was so helpful

I asked for a Mac and cheese bowl with corn and gravy and I didn’t get neither and the food I did get was cold. When I asked for the corn and gravy she sighed and turned her mic off. Very disappointed

The chicken is always fresh when I have the taste for it. The staff is very courteous once you walk through the door. Thank you KFC

This one does a good job. Always get good chicken here. Better than other locations.
