Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

One of my favorite fast serve restaurants in the area. Staff are always friendly and pretty quick. Similar variety to Steak?nShake, arguably better though. There?s also an app/online ordering, which is nice for larger orders. If you go, definitely try the fry sauce with fries (or curds). Frozen custard is an obvious choice too.

We love Freddie's! The burgers and cheese fries are great. The staff is always friendly but the small drink cup that was about four inches tall was a surprise. I asked the employee if it was a kiddie drink but he said no. I think he was new and needs to be trained better.

I was looking forward to it since it would be my first time there, but I was very disappointed. The burger was so salty that I forced myself to eat it. I didn't have time to go back to complain and wait for another one. The onion rings were very good. I ordered a concrete that was supposed to be peanut butter and banana. When I went back to order the concrete I told the cashier about the burger and she said they add seasoning to the burger but if you asked they could do medium or no seasoning. Why couldn't they ask when you order it? She didn't even offer to get me another one or do something for me-horrible customer service. Ordered a peanut butter-banana concrete. They were out of bananas, if you could believe it since it is one of their specialty concretes, and said they could put banana syrup in it, which I said fine to, but I couldn't taste it. There was no peanut butter and they just put in Reeses pieces. I won't be back unless they give me a free meal or two.

I popped over after shopping to go to the drive thru. I ordered a large pepsi and cheese fries. From time of order to being handed my food it was 22 minutes. No customary ?sorry for the wait? apology. Then I open my fries and to say I was disappointed was an understatement (see photo).

After having ice cream from Freddy?s , me and my wife got sick (immediately within an hour we could feel our stomach aching). The quality of their food has gone down. They have started using substandard products, to make their menu items.
