The Ice Cream Affair Llc - Lake Worth

I stopped by after a long hot day at the zoo. 7/21/23 I looked up non-dairy places and I choose The Ice Cream affair due to the reviews. Overall it’s a nice and clean spot. Everything was spotless, even the bathroom! I love that! The young lady at the counter was very patient with my 4yr old son and nephew. I chose the non-dairy cookies and cream and had it made into an ice cream sandwich. They use Publix fresh baked cookies so I knew it was going to be ? and it was! My son and nephew has the Superman ice cream , they loved it as well. I give this place 9/10

Fun place to find lots of ice cream flavors! There is something new every time we go in and the people helping have the best attitudes.Fun fact: They have sinks right in the seating area to was your hands (they even have a tiny little sink for the kiddos).

We stumbled upon this place after dinner, and we’re so happy we did! Frankie and Lulu were incredibly kind and helpful, providing fantastic recommendations. If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely return!

I just left this place for my third visit in the past two months. My first time here I got an ice cream sandwich that they made for me since they did not have the plain vanilla in the freezer they store all of their other flavors in.My second visit which was last week I got 2 scoops of butter pecan Togo. It came in a decent sized cup with a domed lid and was packed making the $8 cup reasonably. Now to my experience 20 mins ago- I went in and ordered 2 scoops of Special Pralines Togo(pictured). This time it was place in this small cup and the young lady then scooped some out so that she could fit the drink lid that had the hole for a straw on top. At the end of the day though the cost of things are going up, as a consumer you still want to get value from spending your money. This last experience here let me know that this place is not worth it.

So I took these in and the girl told me that she had been working there a couple months and had not seen these. She didn’t know whether they took them or not…. There is no expiration on them so that tells me they should be honored. She gave them back and apologized. She was very sweet and did her best to help me, but the fact that I was turned away was upsetting.
