フィードバックを提供するIt used to be our favorite restaurant, not anymore. My family and I were there yesterday to have a nice dinner, so we thought. My husband ordered the Auberginen-Lasagna. When he got his duck, it was freezing. He usually never complains. He started eating it and told me it was freezing. He alerted our server and I cut off a piece so she could feel how cold it was. Another dish was made and also this one was ice cold in the middle. At this point, my husband was quite upset. We were then told by the server that the Auberginen Lasagna is made and then frozen. It wasn't put long enough in the oven.? If we go to dinner, we don't want frozen food. I can go to the supermarket and buy frozen food. We're not going back. Time to find another restaurant that does not freeze her food.
Really enjoyed my 1st visit here. The food was great and the waiter was excellent. I had the cioppino and it did not disappoint. The calamari was lightly battered and the antipasto plate had a nice variety. And my party of four enjoyed their version of french onion soup. Looking forward to going back.
This was my first visit, and I was impressed! The food was outstanding, and the service was top-notch. The calamari was absolutely delicious, and my linguini with white mussel sauce was equally delightful. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning often!
When I recounted my experience to my companions, a woman at the bar seemed to be listening intently, and I later realized she was the hostess. Rather than coming over to apologize for my experience, she just stared at me for about 10 minutes without saying a word. It's unfortunate that the poor service overshadowed the fantastic food, as it really detracted from what could have been a great dining experience.
I have dined at Couco Pazzo and the food is absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is lively, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend it!
