Manny's Original Chophouse- Lake Wales

I had dinner at this restaurant on Friday, May 27th and the steak and grilled shrimp were delicious. The atmosphere was lovely and peaceful until a woman became upset about her expired restaurant gift card. I wanted to point out that if she left a bad review online as she threatened, the staff were very patient and provided great service to our table. We were seated next to the hostess and overheard the conversation between the angry woman and the workers. It appeared that they tried to explain the issue with the card and help her understand why it wouldn't work. The food was really good and our personal interaction with the staff was positive. We even talked about how much we enjoyed our experience at Manny's three times. The bathrooms were clean. Thank you!

I went to this restaurant last night. Quise was our server and she took good care of us. My partner ordered the rib eye steak and I had the anointed chicken and bunny dish. The music played was fantastic, from our generation, which was a nice touch. I also tried the sangria and it was delicious. We arrived at 5:15 and were seated immediately. Additionally, they have a large parking lot. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I went out to dinner with my parents and friends at this restaurant. We started with happy hour drinks (I had two Blue Moons) and ordered the shrimp and steak with sweet potatoes. The steak was a decent size and tasted delicious. I especially enjoyed the spice on the grilled shrimp. This unexpected flavor combination is likely why this place is so popular. I will definitely be coming back here to eat again.

Many paintings have been here, have always excellent meals, drinks and service, . when they visit the lake wales area, do not miss this wonderful restaurant. You'll be happy you did it.

We came in and were greeted by a lady with long black hair which we were told that her name was jasmine (The GM) we had a great waitress we ordered manhattans and they were nothing like what we are use to receiving at this location. We loved to sit at the bar each time we visited but new bartenders and unfriendly and have no idea how to make drinks so we chose to not sit at the bar this visit. Our steak was over cooked 3 times!!! We finally gave up. Our tablecloth was dirty and sticky, management was rude and unwelcoming. Save your money and go to lake wales. Management has lost all the good employees they had (6 months ago). Owners need to find new management. Will not be back!!
