Little Caesars Pizza - Lake Wales

I recently visited this restaurant and had a disappointing experience. After placing my order, the staff member walked away before giving me my receipt, causing a delay. Despite being told my order would be ready in 15 minutes, I had to wait for 20 minutes before being informed that my pizzas were not ready. The restaurant was busy with only two employees, but their customer service skills were lacking. The manager on duty was particularly rude, even prioritizing another customer who had not yet placed an order over me. Additionally, I observed poor sanitation practices, as the staff did not wear gloves and did not wash their hands. I was relieved when a third employee came in and used gloves to handle my pizza. The food itself was mediocre, with a burnt thin crust pizza and an okay pretzel pizza. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and will be recommending others to try different pizza places in town. It's unfortunate that this is the only location of this chain in the area, but I am unlikely to return.

The pizza was just alright. The toppings were sparse and there was hardly any cheese. What happened to delicious pizza?

William delivered top-notch service and professionalism when I ordered my pizza and wings. The store was clean and conveniently located. Little Caesars Pizza never fails to disappoint with their delicious pizza.

Fast food. Def wasn't the best but it was edible service kinda fast couldn't break a 100....

The staff is by far the friendliest group of people!
