This is a great Subway, great owner. Fabulous people except the store manager she does her best not to serve me all the way to ringing me up. Which is fine. Only issue is you shouldn't show your coustmer how you feel. Very disappointing. Other than thatits great poor manager very rude lady , she the reason n only reason im unhappy
My boyfriend usually goes in to get my sub, but it seems like I need to start doing it myself. Either there are issues with getting the order right, or maybe my boyfriend makes the staff uncomfortable. A few days ago, my sub was soaking wet, and I always ask for just a little bit of mayo and sauce. Yet, you still can't get that right. Today, the meat on my sandwich was even placed sideways. It's frustrating that we pay a different price every time for the same sub, even though I'm told it's made by the same person each time. It's absurd that you can't understand what a "little bit of sauce" means. And thank you for charging me $16 for a sub that last time cost $11 and some change.
My sandwich was excellent. This Subway is typically not crowded.
I looked up the restaurant's hours online, and it indicated they opened at 8:30. However, when I arrived at 7:45, I was informed through the door that they were closed as they still had food in the cabinet and were putting bread in the oven. It seems like they’re not interested in serving customers. I wonder if they’re doing so well that they don’t need the extra business!
