Council Tool Co - Lake Waccamaw

I'm looking for information about this axe head I found in the forest. Aside from the co stamped on it, I cannot determine his age or even what kind of axe head it is. And has no. _12. Or No. _17 stamped on it ..

I bought a corn from rat tool and the handle broke while I split wood and now I can't hold them for a warranty claim until they make this right, I must give them a bad review when they come to me and make it right, I will edit this review

I was looking for a forged steel, double-bit Michigan Axt, and saw Gransfors Bruk, which makes excellent tools. The Gransfors is $450 where the advice tool Co. sold for $92 MSRP. I bought the advice tool Axt from BaryonyxKnife.com in Bar Harbor, ME, and with shipping they were still under the MSRP price of Council Tool. It is an excellent axe for the money!
