Mcdonald's - Lake Villa

I typically wouldn’t give a place with such a casual vibe a 5-star rating, but this restaurant has truly impressed me. The staff here are probably the nicest people I’ve ever encountered. Honestly, it’s a fantastic experience all around!

It's really disappointing that a basic sandwich order can't be handled correctly! And they expect more money? Perhaps if they focused on doing their jobs better, they'd earn it.

No one wants to admit that they secretly enjoy McDonald's (cue Jim Gaffigan's famous McDonald's bit), but deep down, they can't resist those hot McDonald's fries! And let's not forget about the ice cream too.

The staff is consistently professional and friendly. I usually order warm cookies, and they kindly ask me to pull up so they can bake fresh ones for me.
