フィードバックを提供するThe parking area is enormous and there was plenty of room, even at 9pm. Now, the nasty part. Shower #17. The handle turned so hard, I thought I'd break it off (no exaggeration whatsoever). There's a small gap between the handle/valve and the wall of theshower, presumably from people man-handling the thing. As I was twisting this worn out piece of leaky garbage, a pair ofminiature fly-looking things crawled out from the crack. Then while I was at the sink, another one fell from the ceiling intothe sink. Kinda reminiscent of about a dozen horror movies. Whelp, not taking another shower at this location, nor getting anyfood from here in the future. Can't comment on anything else about the place, as I quickly lost interest.
Usually I have great experience with people who works at pilot but was really disappointing the lady who supposedly going to print for me some emails keep ignoring me after i send her my emails until i went to other cashier which she was very and takecare of me, sometimes when you find someone nice it doesn?t mean you have the right to be rude with him.
Really? You have 4.1 stars? Zero!!! In last four weeks I had a multiple problems on Pilot/Flying J. Rewards card don?t work, network is down? basically you taking a money for showering and diesel price is much higher than on the others station. 25 forshower? And you know that driver?s often stay of the driving time.. Shame
Decent service decently clean for the most part. They only annoying. Thing is the guy that constantly asks about retirement. He needs to find another day job
You guys charge $25 for a shower and we can not even get soap or a toilet seat?!?! I think that's a little messed up
