This restaurant surpassed my expectations compared to typical establishments in Upstate New York. The food quality was outstanding, and every dish we tried in the Great Room (on two consecutive days during our stay at the Crown Plaza Hotel) was delicious. The service was excellent as well. However, given the current COVID situation, it was evident that there was a shortage of staff. I want to extend my gratitude to the restaurant team for their genuine dedication and kindness. It's clear that they do their best to provide exceptional service and work incredibly hard. We had a wonderful time celebrating Christmas at this restaurant!
