The Encore Lakeside Grill Sky

We went out for a Valentine's Day dinner, and it was fantastic. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. My husband's steak was cooked to perfection, medium rare. The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable, well-trained in the preparations and ingredients, and they even taste the food themselves. At one point, our original server had to leave, and another server approached us to introduce himself as our new server. The tip was included on the bill, which our server kindly pointed out—something you don't see very often.
