Dairy Queen Grill Chill

I just went there and was told I couldn't order any food. This is the third time I've gone to this dairy queen and have been dissatisfied. I will be calling corporate

It's Dairy Queen Hello!!! The staff is courteous and food and treats were delicious

Terrible service; the grills are hardly ever open. I've been there five times, and each time, either the grills were closed or there was some issue. They really need to hire older staff because it's mostly teens working there who don’t know how to cook.

This location has a great vibe. It almost feels like you’re at a beach near the ocean.

I absolutely love my DQ and the staff there! However, it's frustrating when tourists linger and block the line because they're unsure of what they want. I think staff should be allowed to politely ask them to step aside so they can assist other customers who are ready to order. I also wish they were open year-round, but I understand that this location can't operate in the winter due to the weather.
