Jeremiah's Italian Ice - Lake Mary

The staff get 5 stars because they were super friendly. I?m rating the visit a 3 because we were charged $10.23 for two soft serves in cups. One had sprinkles and the other had cookie crumb layers. It?s a bit much for two small ice creams that aren?t even in cones.

I've been coming here for years, this used to be my husband and I's favorite ice cream spot in town. But they ALWAYS get my order wrong, and it's simple. Customer service is always good, but I'm sick of getting the wrong thing and it's not worth going back in line to fix it. So I just don't go anymore, when I do I'm disappointed.

Employees are nice and attentive, rewards program is top notch and keeps me coming back. Love going on nice evenings over the summer.

My favorite cold dessert place in Lake Mary. Gelati is the right mix of ice cream and Italian ice. Good prices, good serving sizes, fast service, and always delicious. Drive Thru also being available is a huge plus.
