The French Vanilla ice cream was so amazingly smooth and creamy and adding chocolate chips really made it even more delicious!!

My first and last time. Where do I start? I command a banana column, and what I got was a big cup with a small bowl of ice. You barely sucked. I paid $8.55 for a pot of ice and a couple of blows. You should not mention that a banana column, they shouldn't even be a ?banana split? on their menu. It was terrible and so disappointing. I called the owner to express my disappointment, and everything he could say was? Sorry? If you ever want to get a real banana nip, go to Andy?s they know how to make a real banana nip. I will not recommend any cold stone, they will tear people off. The prices are very high and the shares are poor????????????????

I've noticed recently they've cut back on the portions! When you buy the Gotta have it, at its ridiculous price, I expect to get a heaping cup of ice cream! It's filled to the brim only. Before you'd get an inch or so above the brim... The last two times I've been, the amount is more like what was used for medium before. So the prices have gone way up and the ice cream amount has been reduced as well. This economy stinks but it doesn't make sense to decrease content AND hike up the price!

This use to be a great place few months back. But now they have become very stingy on the quantity. I got a medium cup which was pretty empty.Alas! Need to find a new place for my ice-cream cravings

Cannot say that the prices justify the recent service or quality. $8 for the smallest size cup of ice cream is bad enough, but they never seem to be fully staffed. The young employees there honestly just look tired, and I feel really bad, but I?m also paying $8 for some strawberry ice cream...
