The food was eh. The bowl was half full, nothing like if you go into store.

Chips were shockingly under portioned as well as the burrito being cold and incorrect (also very under portioned)

The food looks like it's been sitting there for hours, all the chairs were upstairs, they pulled out the food stations cleaning with food on the stations while customers we? I'm trying to order. They were out of everything. They said they didn't cook fresh food, no chicken, they had sour cream in their backs, but they didn't want to go out because they wanted to close and go home early they said. I choose not to eat here because it was so dirty and they were out of everything. When you close by 10p, close by 10p. Don't say you're open until 11:00 and close at 10:00.

Understaffed but the food was very good and the workers were friendly and were hustling. The staff obviously needs more support to be set up for success. There was no guac ? available for my veggie burrito but all the cheese, sour cream and salsas made up for it. Very delicious. Date of visit : August 18, 2022.

I live in the area, been coming here for a long time. The place is going downhill. The rice I had was super hard and crunchy. Chicken dry and bland. I see they raised the prices while also dropping the food quality. In my book, that constitutes me spending my money elsewhere. The dirty tables and food all over the floor doesn't uphold the old Chipotle image. I won't be coming back.
