Chick-fil-a - Lake Mary

Your staff was super friendly, but the food I was so disappointed by my chicken was not hot it was just worms of the cheese was not even melt! I took the bread to put on Mayo and it fell apart. My bread tasted the Mac n cheese some parts was hot and some worms was the top of the cheese was just barely melted I could not call I had a whole day of doctors appointment. So I didn't have the chance to get out yesterday I paid 12.42 for my meal yesterday and I was really on my lunch yesterday You are one of my favorite places and your staff was and is always friendly. I hung the picture I was at Lake mary's location on 7/8/22 yesterday.

I just left this location and I was very disappointed with what I recieved..I bought dinner for my whole family and this is what I recieved..not only were the fries not filled but they weren't hot either and my sandwich also did not come how I paid for it..I frequent Chick-Fil-A often I'm familiar with their standards and spending $40 for our meal just to receive this especially when it is not busy is not okay.

This location's accuracy has gone down hill lately. I've never had to check my order over whenever I came here, but now it seems likes it's every time. The last 3 times I've come they've either left something off my order that I've paid for or gave me the wrong item. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location. I'll be driving out of my way to go to the others nearby.

The experience was extra great today! It's been a while since I've been to a Chick-fil-A and it did not disappoint. The young man taking the orders was friendly and welcoming. And our sandwiches were huge! Side note- I was here at 11:15 on Friday afternoon, so no crazy lines or anything.

I made an error on my app.i went to the wrong store. I was really embarrassed. The manager behind the counter was so kind. She called the other store to let them know and remade my order. She was kind and very helpful and didn't make me feel bad. I love this place! God Bless you and the entire team for what you all do.
