Burgerfi - Lake Mary

Received an email from the company about a 20% discount for teacher appreciation week. I teach in Seminole County and had my ID out. I guess I spoke to a manager on 5/7 at 5pm who wouldn’t give me a discount. Was rudely told it wasn’t a participating location and I had to click on the link in the email I received. Yeah I did that and the Lake Mary location was listed. You guys just lost a customer.

The moment we walked in, the smell was disgusting! You expect to smell hamburgers cooking, but it was a stagnant dirty mop smell and the floors were sticky!!!! We chose to eat outdoors to avoid the smell. I ordered a veggie burger and the patty was fried very crispy and greasy. This place needs to be shut down and given a thorough cleaning with a pressure washer!!!! Five Guys will get our business from now on.

Wow, how had I never even heard of this place until today? Because my town doesn’t have one! I’m thrilled we gave it a shot the restaurant was clean and the staff seemed friendly, so that was already a good sign and then the food came!Absolutely delicious and very unique burgers as well as fresher and more flavorful fries and onion rings than you’d expect at a place twice as expensive. The prices were very reasonable just above what you expect to pay for bad fast food these days but again, the quality was on another level.We had and highly recommend The CEO burger and the prime rib burger!Bravo BurgerFI you made instant fans out of us tonight and we can’t wait to come back… and hopefully you come to Flagler County! I love a good burger and when I was serviced by Alex at the register I realized the only thing better better paired with a great burger is great customer service

Alex was a great server and knew exactly what came in the burgers very fast and effective!
