Starbucks - Lake in the Hills

You are super friendly and my order is always right. I love going to this starbuck.

Love coming to this location! The workers there are so personable and top notch!

I don’t know their names, but the female staff on Wednesday, March 30th, were incredibly sweet. My dog was so taken with them that he tried to climb over me to get to them! They have an amazing team working there.

I made a mistake when I ordered my drink and didn’t realize it until I left. There was too much milk in it, so I went back and explained that it was my fault for how I ordered. They kindly agreed to fix it for me! I usually don’t ask for a remake, so I felt a bit guilty, but they made it so easy. This will always be my go-to Starbucks! <3

This Starbucks, located on Randall Road just north of Algonquin Road, is quite comparable to many other Starbucks of its size. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and quick, serving the same quality of Starbucks coffee that I have come to expect. I made a stop here about an hour before heading to a meeting on a chilly January morning.
