Firehouse Subs Lake In The Hills

First pay $10,000 for double meat. I thought it was on sandwich. Didn't understand. However, there was a bag with NO name next to us, but the entrance showed only 3 items that were in the bag with our name. Apparently, when we called, we were told to the nameless bag WAS our extra meat. Couldn't go back over 30 minutes. Not compensated for their fault. Once my husband picked up the order, he was told a bag that was next to us (without name) for order. Totally disappointed. From $10.

The first time. Friendly service and guick. Sandwich tasted great. We look forward to the next visit to try another sandwich.

Steak and cheese sub was ok. Not much flavor and the meat was still kinda cold for being toasted. The loaded potato soup was very watery and didn 't have much flavor. The pickle that came with was mushy and the outer part hard and rubbery. Wasn 't worth 27 bucks for 2 subs and small watery soup and chili. My kid did enjoy the chili though and the staff were friendly. That 's about it.

Very friendly and attentive service. Food is phenomenal. The franchise owner is very polite and I love the honey ham sandwich, it is better than HBH in my opinion. I will keep going back

Great sub, but CRAZY long wait time. like 30 minutes. and there were 3 workers and only one order of 3 sandwiches in front of me. would get it again, but definitely phone in my order next time and pick it up when it's ready.
