Subway - Lake Havasu City

Usually, we enjoy eating at Subway, but during our last few visits, we've encountered rude staff and they frequently seem to be out of either the bread or the meats we want. It's been very disappointing.

Additionally, I noticed one of the employees helping an older gentleman and openly complaining about his request for three different meats. He seemed quite embarrassed, especially since everyone could hear her comments. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in most workplaces. I hope the restaurant can improve in these areas.

I ordered online and picked up my sandwich, but when I got home, I discovered I received three sandwiches instead of the one I ordered with chips. I returned to the restaurant, and the manager informed me that they didn’t have my order, so they wouldn’t remake it. I had a confirmation on my iPad, so I took it to the Subway next to Bashas’ in Maricopa. I showed them that I had been charged for the sandwich and that I was at the correct location. The employee called the owner, and after nearly an hour of waiting, she finally agreed to make the sandwich, though it was clear she wasn’t very willing to help. I wouldn’t return, even if it were the only deli in town.

Normally I live Subway but the last particular visit, the sandwich maker had been cross contaminating food as she prepared not only my sandwiches, but others as well. I should've said something but instead I went home and ate. Later in the evening I gotsick. This was the first time that had happened so, maaaaaybe it was a slip up by maybe a newer employee. I couldn't honestlytell ya. I do know that when she rang up my order she didn't know how to perform a few simple functions.

Well I've been to this one several times they used to be really amazing when the young lady by the name of beca worked here. They then kind of went downhill and I've honestly not been back since. I think I'm and have to give him another shot being it'sbeen about 2 years and see if they've improved. I'll let you know once I give him a shot again and will decide whether theirface it promotions approved.
