In-n-out Burger - Lake Havasu City

This is what McDonald's used to be 50 years ago before they started charging 20.00 for a few mcdoubles. Good pricing. Top notch service. A 50s 60s retro burger joint feel... You cant beat this place for cheap... Highly recommend eating here before you try any other place I've seen within 200 miles

I have been an avid in n out customer for years. I love the changes they have made with the soda fountain being touchless. Even when inflation hit a cheeseburger use to cost $2.80 almost 7 years ago and in that time it's only gone up 50¢. The consistency is there at every in n out location I've ever been to. But. This location in Havasu is just a little less prestigious as the others. Employees seem a little lethargic altho their customer service is still at corporate standards minus the napkin holder being empty and the trash full, but most of all.... HOLY FLIES! I have never seen this many flies in a restaurant in my life! In n out has always been great about insect control but this location is at the point where I took time out of my day to write the review of how horrible the flies are! There are way to many and despite the fly trap up and working they still have tons of them, really ruined my experience today, but the flies might be out of their control they are taking the proper precautions with the fly trap but the front door does not close properly so the keep flying in. Someone should have the spring on the door fixed.

We visited a restaurant in Lake Havasu City, where a friendly golf cart driver convinced us to try it out. He claimed to be a buyer for In-N-Out and spoke highly of their 94% lean hamburger patties, special potatoes cooked in healthier oil, and the special training provided to the staff. Although the prices were a bit steep, we all enjoyed our meals. By the way, why is it so difficult to find sweet tea in Arizona?

There was no wait, so I was able to place my order immediately. The food came out very quickly. The staff at In-N-Out are consistently customer-focused and professional. Many restaurants could take notes from this chain and its management.

Fresh ingredients prepared perfectly every time; my order always turns out just right!
